Fresh from finishing the ACI HT Mobile Cup last week-end, the America's Cuppers will contest the third BluRimini Match Race (an ISAF Grade 2 regatta) in Italy, from Wednesday to Saturday this week.

On board of the BLUSails ’24 Sport, it's an occasion to see some of the world famous participants in the America’s Cup, such as Paolo Cian of Mascalzone Latino, James Spithill and Kelvin Harrap of One World Challenge, Andy Green of GBR Challenge, Sebastien Col of le Défi Areva and many other match-race specialists.

After a practice day, the action starts on Wednesday, the series featuring a round robin, in which all the skippers sail against each of the others. The first 4 skippers will enter the semi-finals followed by final on saturday.

The 5th edition of BLURimini is hosted by "Marina di Rimini", the new seaport of Rimini inaugurated in May 2002 and considered by the sea experts one of the most beautiful and modern tourist port of the Mediterranean Sea.

The event presents even in 2003 a rich sport program: various kind of Regattas, from the joungest children to the biggest names of the America’s Cup participants, from sailing courses and match-race school to sailing experiences with the Champions.
