"The Sausalito Challenge plans to file its official
entry with America's Cup Management (ACM) on December
12th", said the team in a statement posted on Sausalito
Challenge website.
The Sausalito YC Membership still needs to approve
the amended bylaw changes and contracts with the
syndicate.
This will take place at special meeting of membership
Sunday December 12th at 10 am PST.
