Pierre Orphanidis (Valencia Sailing) took a quick tour of the Darsena, where, as always, construction is advancing extremely rapidly.

Main facts :
-	The spectacular Alinghi base is at an advanced stage of construction ;
-	The +39 (left) and Shosholoza (right) bases are now almost complete, at least their back side ;
-	The steel structure is in place at the BMWOracle, Luna Rossa, K-Challenge and Desafio bases ;
-	The superyacht base is also advancing rapidly ;
-	ccording to local newspapers, eight prestigious architectural studios have been invited to design the Foredeck club ;
-	The foundations is there for the Emirates Team ;
-	Construction crews were working rapidly inside the Foredeck club, as they have only 100 days left till the next Louis Vuitton Acts (see above) ;
-	External construction is almost over at BMW Oracle Racing, Lune Rossa and Team NZ bases* ;
-	Construction is rapidly advancing at Mascalzone and Victory Challenge bases.

Nevertheless, the vast majority of the teams will have to improvise and race during the Louis Vuitton Acts in June from makeshift bases.
