That was the opening phrase that Golden Gate Yacht Club’s lawyers used in the argument against SNG’s motion for leave to re-open and re-argue the Americas Cup case between the two clubs.

Posted on the GGYC website, the memorandum with exhibits affirms GGYC’s confidence in the NY Court’s earlier decision upholding the validity of GGYC’s challenge.

The club is asking the Court to rule on this matter as quickly as possible.
